Our Model Home Village is located at 212501 State Hwy 97 in Stratford, Wisconsin.
First, check in at the front office for visitor registration. You will then receive a key before taking a self-guided tour of the four furnished model homes on display.

GUIDED FACTORY TOURS
Guided tours of the indoor construction facility in Stratford are given every Monday through Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm or by appointment.

Safety is a priority at Stratford Homes.
We require all visitors entering our production facility to:
- Wear Closed-Toe Shoes - NO sandals or open-toe shoes are allowed.
- Wear Safety Glasses for eye protection. Prescription eye glasses alone are not acceptable.
- Be at Least 18 Years of Age. Small children are at greater risk of injury in a manufacturing environment.
