Founded in 1994, Stratford Building Corporation (SBC) in Rathdrum, Idaho serves Alaska in addition to the Inland and Pacific Northwestern United States. Furthermore, we have CSA-A277 certification and serve the three western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. The company's operations are located on a 20 acre tract in Rathdrum. The physical plant consists of a 44,000 square foot manufacturing building, 5,000 square foot warehouse, and a 3,000 square foot paint/finish operation. Additionally, there is a 3,500 square foot administrative building.

 SBC designs and manufactures all types of modular buildings.  Residential single family homes are marketed under the trade name Stratford Homes® . Commercial use projects are also a significant part of SBC's business base.
