The STANBURY Two Story - NOVEMBER PLAN OF THE MONTH
Traditional Two-Story - 1,680 Sq Ft
When you hear the adjective 'traditional' used in describing a style and look of a home, what do you picture in your mind? If you think of a home design that stands the test of time and doesn't go out of style, you'd probably be right on track. Traditional style homes usually have simple floor plans, attached garages, and efficient living spaces. In a traditional two-story home, all the bedrooms are located on the second floor. This style dates back to the early 1930's and is still popular today.
As one of the floor plans found in the Cornerstone Series, the Stanbury two-story fits the description of a traditional home very well. This month's featured home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, in addition to a formal dining room - all within a modest 28' X 30' footprint. The Stanbury layout, like many traditional style homes, lends itself nicely to the possibility of a future room addition either off the back or side of the home.
